About Coco’s Seafood and Steakhouse
Coco’s Seafood & Steakhouse is a casual/fine dining restaurant located on the ground floor of Fowler Lake Village Condominium development in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Our mission is to provide Oconomowoc, and surrounding Lake Country communities, an upscale dinner house featuring the freshest seafood and highest quality steak selections. Coco’s will be focused on sustainably farm raised fish, which will be delivered to our door as fresh as possible. Our steaks will be Certified Angus Beef raised within a 200-mile radius of the restaurant.
Coco’s will also offer an incredible wine list with fine wines from all over the world. Sommelier, Corienne “Coco” Walek, has assembled a unique wine list to complement our seafood and steak entrées. Corienne will be spearheading our “Wine Club” which includes special discounts for members, along with V.I.P. wine dinners to be held monthly.
About The Chef: Chris Ghobrial
Chris Ghobrial, originally from the Blue Ridge Mountains of Bedford, Virginia, is the chef at Coco’s Seafood and Steakhouse. Chris attended Culinary School at Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina and Denver Colorado. While at Johnson and Wales, Chris earned two degrees in Culinary Arts and Culinary Nutrition & Food Sciences. Chris has worked for both Bartollota Restaurant Group and Surg Restaurant Group based in the Milwaukee Area. Growing up Chris learned at a very early age about sustainable farming. Taught from the best chef and farmer possible, his grandfather. Chris’s grandfather was a chef in New York City. Chris’s favorite memory was cooking Sunday night’s family meals with his grandfather and family. This is where Chris gets his passion and influences for cooking from. In Chris’s free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Annie, daughter Charlotte, the rest of his family, and friends. Chris is looking forward to sharing and featuring some of his favorite local farmers and creameries at Coco’s Seafood and Steakhouse.
