About Coco’s Seafood and Steakhouse

Coco’s Seafood & Steakhouse is a casual/fine dining restaurant located on the ground floor of Fowler Lake Village Condominium development in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Our mission is to provide Oconomowoc, and surrounding Lake Country communities, an upscale dinner house featuring the freshest seafood and highest quality steak selections. Coco’s is focused on sustainably farm raised fish, which is delivered to our door as fresh as possible. Our steaks are Certified Angus Beef raised within a 200-mile radius of the restaurant.

The General Manager and Beverage Director: Steve Severson

Steve brings over a decade of experience in the Wisconsin beverage scene beginning his career as a bartender at Kettle Moraine Golf Club, which cultivated a desire to learn about the whole dining experience. He soon worked his way up to management at other local establishments before coming to Coco’s in October 2019.

Need a suggestion for a new drink? Steve is behind Coco’s creative and ever changing wine and cocktail menus. He will not only share a pour, but usually has a captivating story about the origin of a bourbon or liquor, and invites guests to explore different regions, flavors and styles due to distillation processes or theories. Steve also carries the title of co-champion for the Lake Country area’s best Bloody Mary.

A Wisconsin native, Steve is an enthusiastic supporter of local sports, especially the Milwaukee Bucks. In his free time Steve enjoys motorcycles, sports shooting and time with family and friends.

The Sous Chef – Ryan Pillsbury

With the last name of Pillsbury, one can only wonder if it was quite possibly a premonition of culinary talents to come. A Watertown native, Ryan proudly served 4 years in the Marine corp before landing in North Carolina and working for a restaurant while going to school. That restaurant experience nurtured his love of cooking and with a serendipitous move back to Wisconsin around the time of Coco’s opening, he has been in the kitchen ever since. He can be found personally delivering dishes to guests – an interaction he loves. Outside the kitchen, he is an avid outdoorsman and enthusiastic Brewer’s fan. His travel plans include visiting every MLB stadium.

The Event Coordinator & Hospitality Specialist: Tracy Powell

Tracy Powell has worked for Coco’s Seafood and Steakhouse as a Server and Lead Hostess and was recently named Event and Hospitality Specialist. Tracy thrives on organizing special events and creating unique memories and experiences. She has degrees in Communications & amp; Psychology, as well as extensive experience in Sales & amp; Marketing, Project Management and Recruiting.
